With Lone Star Public Safety, we offer a 30 day return policy. We will refund new unopended items for the full purchase price excluding shipping. Also, we will exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. If the item desired in exchange is more expensive the difference will need to be paid in order to facilitate the exchange. If the item to be purchased is of lesser value, then a refund will be issued.

Defective items will be exchanged or refunded if desired within 30 days, If an item shows obvious signs of abuse, other than that wich occured in shipping, there will be no refund. Items should be inspected on receipt by the receiving party. If damage is noted, it should be reported to the delivery service at the time of delivery.
