The Bluewater LED bow light is a small led strip that is placed in the front of the boat and can be used for required navigation lights. These strips come in a pair of 1 red, and 1 green strips. They are 12 volts and are waterproof. They come with a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer.

When navigating at night, you want to be visible to other boaters. While the standard pole mounted bow light meets the requirements of the law, the small incandesent bulb can be dim and is suceptible to being burnt out. Consider replacing your pole light with a brighter option that won't break the bank.

Manufacturer suggestion:  Note: When installed correctly these lights are highly visible. They are not a coast guard approved stamped product. Many state enforcement agencies are very fond of our kit. On navigable waters you should always use your CG stamped nav light pole. Check local regulations before use.

THE MANUFACTURER SUGGESTS MOUNTING THESE AT LEAST 10 INCHES BEHIND THE CENTER OF YOUR BOW. THIS WILLL ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF THE TWO LIGHTS BLENDING TOGETHER
